The deadlines to File a Claim for these Settlements have now passed. To participate in the settlements with BCC, Cost Plus, MCC, Cameron's, Copper Moon's, Gold, Costco, and TJX, Class Members were required to submit a Claim Form by September 25, 2021. To participate in the settlements with Kroger, Safeway/Albertsons, and HIKC, Class Members who had not previously submitted a valid Claim Form were required to submit a Claim Form by September 17, 2022. To participate in the settlement with L&K, Class Members who had not previously submitted a valid Claim Form were required to submit a Claim Form by May 30, 2023.
